YMC ChromaCon’s preventive maintenance service catches problems early, replaces wear parts proactively, and keeps your system qualified and calibrated. Every visit is performed by ChromaCon-certified engineers — the same team that designs, builds, and supports the Contichrom® platform. For unexpected issues, our repair service provides professional diagnostics and restoration.

Our preventive maintenance and repair services are available to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies across Europe. Customers outside Europe should contact their local YMC ChromaCon distributor, who may offer maintenance and repair services under separate arrangements.

Repair Services

When unexpected issues arise, YMC ChromaCon provides professional repair — diagnostics, component replacement, and system restoration by engineers who know the platform from the ground up. Repair labor is billed at an hourly rate; travel time at a reduced rate; travel and accommodation at cost.

The expedited option covers guaranteed response time only. Labor, parts, and travel are billed separately under the same terms as standard repairs.

Pricing

Each service is quoted based on your system type (CUBE 30 or CUBE 100), contract duration, and optional add-ons. Contact us for a tailored quote.

Included in the PM price: Inspection, cleaning, pump seal replacement, IQ/OQ, recalibration, software verification, accessories testing, spare parts, and service report.

Billed separately: Deuterium lamp replacements, additional spare parts or repairs beyond standard scope. For multi-day engagements, invoicing occurs upon completion.

Multi-year savings: 3-year and 5-year contracts are offered at discounted per-visit rates. Multi-system discounts apply when multiple CUBE systems are covered under the same contract.
